Note: For the "CANNOT VERIFY" cases, the absence of search results does not definitively prove they are fake — some may be unreported decisions, decisions under different citation formats, or decisions from databases not indexed by general web search. However, several cases (C090, C053) have been explicitly identified as fictitious in the Canadian AI Hallucination Cases Database, and others use clearly fabricated court/tribunal codes (C077, C089, C092, C094, C098). Given the systematic verification patterns, these cases are highly suspect.
